Coping with a high rate of claims and finding a neutral partner to control quality at production output.

Solution

Eastwise mobilized a quality assurance manager, trained 2 quality controllers (with a back-up) and ensured a continuous presence 5 days a week in the factory.

Results

For one year, all productions and orders were inspected, with a result: 100% of validated inspections and a significant reduction in disputes.
