How do you select the right supplier in Asia?
Since 2006, we have been working with over 300 suppliers on more than 8000 references. So, to choose the right supplier in Asia, we use our network to select those who best match your needs. We carry out an analysis that includes 5 criteria: motivation, responsiveness, production capacity, factory location, competitive prices, and compliance with regulations and quality standards.
What are the average delivery times for products imported from Asia?
Average delivery times for products imported from Asia may vary depending on a number of factors, such as the nature of the product, geographical distance, shipping methods, customs formalities and agreements with the supplier. As a minimum, you should allow 45 days for production and 45 days for sea freight.
How do you ensure product quality when sourcing in Asia?
It’s simple, we define a detailed specification sheet right from the beginning of the project, including standards and certifications, quality level, and price.
During physical visits, we qualify competent suppliers according to our selection criteria, verify legal documents, available standards, and certificates before conducting a production product audit. Then, we follow a rigorous process: manufacturing and sample control, defining technical specifications before production begins. Finally, there is a systematic inspection before shipment by our team of inspectors. The process continues with continuous improvements and monitoring.

How does payment work?
Payment terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, for the 1st order, factories expect to receive a deposit when you place the order, then the remaining value after validation of the inspection and dispatch of the order. In all cases, you pay the supplier yourself and then pay us.
