How can I start the process ?
Just give us a call or send us an email so we can talk about your project and see how we can help you with it. If you want to develop a product we will help you with our engineer team, and if you have an existing product in mind we will search for suppliers and send you some quotations/samples.

What are the minimum order quantities?
It depends on each project, products, factories, etc. It’s important to keep in mind that the manufacturing landscape has changed in Asia over the last 5 years so you can now get small minimum order quantities
How long does a project take?
It really depends on the type of project you have. Projects lead times usually are about 6 months between the moment we start and the shipment date…
Do you take commissions from the factories?
We don’t take any commissions from the vendors. Our only client is you and we only have your interests in heart. We will not advise you to work with a vendor if we don’t think it’s a good choice for your company
How do we pay you?
We usually take a commission on the purchased amount (FOB value). You pay the supplier yourself and then pay us.
How much does inspection cost?
As your sourcing office in Asia, we offer full-service packages: We don’t do one-time quality inspections. Of course, during the process, we will do as many inspections as needed to be sure that the product fits your needs
When do I have to pay?
Payment terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis but usually, for the 1st order, factories expect to receive a down-payment when you place the order then the remaining value after we validate the inspection and the order is shipped.
